Shipping


Shipping is available to US, US territories and Canada. Local pickup is available.

All orders are shipped within 1 business day (excluding holidays).


Standard Shipping

  • Orders to the continental US are $10 and typically arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date (excluding holidays).
    • FREE SHIPPING is available for continental US orders for a limited time
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the US territories ($15) and Canada ($20) typically arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays).


Express Shipping

  • Orders to the continental US are $40 and typically arrive within 1-2 business days from the shipped date (Monday through Friday).
  • Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes or Canada.


Please note:

  • All rates are quoted in US Dollars.
  • Sales tax applies to residents of KY.
  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.


Returns and Exchanges


It is our goal to ensure that you have an excellent shopping experience with us and are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, we will accept returns of items purchased online.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have all original tags attached.

All sale items are final sale and ineligible for return.

Please note: Items purchased in store are ineligible for online return.



To return an item purchased online:

    Get an RA number…
    • Email denim@15ounce.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 10 business days of receiving the item.
      • If interested in an exchange for another size/item, please note preferences in the email.
    • An RA number will provided via email within 1 business day.

    Send the item back…
    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box.
    • It is recommended that package tracking and/or insurance is used as 15 Ounce does not accept responsibility for packages that we don’t ship.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Send the item to the following address within 5 business days of receiving the RA number:

    Receive a credit…
    • If the item is returned in original condition, the purchase price of the item will be credited via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc) within 5 business days.
    • Items not in original condition will be redelivered to the customer without credit.
